What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Sticking with a go-to market strategy. Understand your positioning in the employee advocacy marketplace as a stand alone solution. STOP OVER HIRING and STOP letting high quality people go, it is ruining your business and company. Your company morale is horrible.

They need to understand their business better so they don't hire a bunch of new people and then turn around and lay off 20% of the company in the aame quarter. They also need to get better at being honest. Much of what they say when recruiting talent simply isn't the truth.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Best part is commission plan.

We have several levels of opportunity to increase our base salary commensurate with goal acheivement. The commission opps are substantial as well and incentivize over goal acheivement.

Insurance is free with several options to choose from and they contribute a healthy amount to HSA if you choose that plan. 401k is available and generous stock options are given.
