They kept it simple and didn't drag out the process over weeks and weeks. Also, they answered any questions I had and were happy to set up a meeting with a current team member so I could ask more questions about their experience.

Opportunity to have transparent conversation with leadership about the organization, its desired journey, and how I will be able to make a direct impact.

People are working to get to know you, not to filter you out. I didn't feel like they were waiting for me to fail the process, but rather to see if I could succeed. They didn't withhold info; they actually gave me tips on what they were hoping I could highlight and explain in the next interview.

Getting to meet other people from different teams, so I can start to build rapport early on with members of the company.

It was a very quick process!
