They don't know their own business. They seem really nice at first but they are passive aggressive.
They need to understand their business better so they don't hire a bunch of new people and then turn around and lay off 20% of the company in the aame quarter. They also need to get better at being honest. Much of what they say when recruiting talent simply isn't the truth.
