Expectations need to be managed appropriately. You can't beat a horse, feed it scraps, and expect it to win the race for you.

Employees need to be paid fairly for their contributions and effort.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Most of my coworkers were great. The problem is the way the CEO treats people, which ultimately trickles down from top to bottom.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
No company comes without pressure. The horrible environment at the company again comes directly from the way the CEO treats people.
