What makes you most happy at work?Being able to lead my team affectively.
What are some of the best things about your team?They work hard, come in on time. We work well as a team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?They keep the communication open. The response to my concerns is normally answered same day or the very next day.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?We are struggling with a lack of staff and can't service our customers, giving very bad service. It costs money to hire though, and they won't spend it
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?There is no employee recognition, no culture. They do not appreciate the work we do all day of everyday.
