What do you like best about the leadership team?
Everyone on the leadership team really cares about the individuals on their team and are extremely committed to the firm
it is ever evolving and constantly trained
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They are very fair but most are non-technical and don't understand that world well enough. Jeff Gallimore is a major exception.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The annual bonuses are the best
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think they don't pay technical talent enough.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is very flexible and committed to delivering what the clients need.

Make the practical skills test objectives clear and not reliant on one person's subjective assessment that will dictate pay and level for the applicant.

I'm most happy about the way that the firm has positioned itself for long term success compared to its competitors.
