What would you improve about your company's interview process?Make the practical skills test objectives clear and not reliant on one person's subjective assessment that will dictate pay and level for the applicant.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?They are very fair but most are non-technical and don't understand that world well enough. Jeff Gallimore is a major exception.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I think they don't pay technical talent enough.
