Mr. Kenneth W. Cornew, also known as Ken, has been the Chief Executive Officer and President at Exelon Generation Company, LLC, a subsidiary of Exelon Corporation since May 28, 2013. Mr. Cornew has been Senior Executive Vice President of Exelon Corporation since May 28, 2013 and has been its Chief Commercial Officer since 2012. He served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Constellation Energy Group, Inc. from 2012 to May 28, 2013. Mr. Cornew served as Executive Vice President of Exelon Corporation from 2012 to May 28, 2013. He served as the President of Exelon Energy Company. He served as the President of Power Team and Senior Vice President of Exelon Corporation from January 2008 to 2012. Mr. Cornew held the following positions in the Power Team division of Exelon Generation: Senior Vice President, Trading and Origination from 2007 to 2008; Senior Vice President, Power Transactions and Wholesale Marketing from 2004 to 2007; Vice President, Portfolio Management from 2003 to 2004 and Vice President, Long-Term Transactions from 2000 to 2003. He worked for PJM Interconnection, a regional transmission organization and part of the U.S. Eastern Interconnection Grid serving several states in the Mid-Atlantic and Mid-West regions. Mr. Cornew has to the Board a comprehensive understanding and experience in power operations, commodity cycles, strategic growth, mergers and acquisitions, safety and process improvement. He serves on the Industry Advisory Board for Rutgers School of Engineering as well as the Board of Trustees for the Living Classrooms Foundation. He has been a Director of Electric Power Research Institute, Inc. since April 8, 2016 and Steel Dynamics Inc. since May 19, 2016. Mr. Cornew serves as a Member-At-Large of Executive Committee at The Electric Power Supply Association. Mr. Cornew holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from Rutgers University in 1987 and a Master's degree in Business Administration from Drexel University in 1995.
