    CAR, centralized automatic replenishment. We don't need 19 weeks of supply on hand, for product that is delivered weekly. Not enough man power to do all of the tasks, and take care of customers needs.
  • What needs to change to make the company culture better?
    Too many off site managers that don't know our reality.
