Mr. David Hu has been President at Classic Vacations, LLC at Expedia Inc. since February 2009. Mr. Hu served as Co-President of Classic Vacations, LLC at Expedia Inc. since 2009. Mr. Hu served as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Business Operations at Classic Vacations, where he was responsible for leading the strategic and financial planning efforts, helping build and run much of its operational infrastructure. Mr. Hu served as Director of Financial Planning and Analysis for 3 years at Hotwire, a wholly owned subsidiary of Expedia, Inc. Prior to Hotwire, he served as consultant to turnaround HCP Travel, an educational tour operator. He also spent 3 years as a Senior Mergers and Acquisitions Associate with Morgan Stanley in New York and Singapore where he worked on some of the largest IPOs and M&A transactions in Asia. He is a CPA and was a Manager for 5 years at Price Waterhouse Coopers in Hong Kong and San Francisco. Mr. Hu holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the Haas School at the University of California, Berkeley and an M.B.A. from Anderson School at UCLA.
