I believe it's fair under the circumstances as a growing compnay
Pay is proportionate to the work that one does - the appraisal and rating system is fair and transparent.

I Have been rewarded based on my contribution. Medical insurance has been brought in and sodexo coupons were added so that employee gets max benefit
We get a very good yearly hike.

Fairly comfortable interview process with multip[le rounds - technical, HR and management level.
