What did you like most about the interview process?
The Senior Associate was not rigid, and made it comfortable to engage in the interview conversation. I enjoyed it, actually!
What makes you most happy at work?
Autonomy, flexibility in working from home, or taking time to sleep in, but come to office as needed, and take care of all my work duties in-office in my own time/schedule. I can plan things in my day like a doctor's appt or running an errand, usually, when needed.
