What are some of the best things about your team?

Co-workers are often smart and interesting. They also have very diverse academic backgrounds. However, the organization as a whole is not very diverse, with very few consultants representing minorities.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The annual bonus for lower level staff are incredibly low (less than $500/year), this is specially true if you work and cash a lot of overtime. So in the management's mindset, working overtime is a reward. But working long hours is often not a choice, the projects would demand it.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

This place is incredibly greedy and deaf to complaints and concerns from junior and mid level staff. Management really doesn't want to listen and wants to paint a rosy picture and avoid the problem. They just burn out fresh-out-of-school PhDs for a new batch every few years, and don't look back
