No, our eBooks are free resources. You can choose to download an eBook as a guest if you do not want to log in - the only thing you will need to do is enter your email address and name. You will then be automatically directed to our format page where you can choose what format you would like to download your resource onto.

Your content is available on your account page ( http://www.exponential.org/account/?action=subscriptions ) under the Members tab, hover over it and click the account tab. If you are logged in, you should be able to see all of your subscriptions at the bottom of the page. If you have multiple DAP's, all will be shown here.

Click on the DAP you would like to access, this will take you to the specific DAP's page.

Once you have found a video you would like to view, click on its title & the video will play automatically.

We sincerely hope that you are able to attend the next Exponential Conference. However, we understand that circumstances arise which may prevent you from attending. Prior to January 1 (for Exponential Orlando), registrations can be canceled and you will receive your money back, minus a $50 administrative fee and the processing fee. After that date, registrations may be canceled without a refund. At any time, you may transfer your registration to another person. If you do need to cancel a registration, please email [email protected].

DAP content from new Exponential Conferences is available no more than two weeks after the conference, although we try to make it available much earlier

If two weeks have passed & you have not heard anything from Exponential, please check your account for the DAP or email Mariah Wilson ( [email protected] ).

For any edits to your registration, please reach out to Mariah Wilson ( [email protected] ) and she will be glad to assist you.

If you are wanting to add a pre-conference or spouse to your registration, please email Mariah Wilson ( [email protected] ) and she can help you with this.

On the registration page, we have simplified the options to register whether you are registering yourself, or bringing a group.

Here are your options:

1. If you are registering up to 4 people, please select "Individual Registrations" and fill out the form.

2. If you are registering up to 5 people, please select "5-pack Registrations" and fill out the form.

3. If you are registering up to 10 people, please select "10-pack Registrations" and fill out the form.

Once you have registered, the system will automatically send you a receipt to your email.

Note* If you don't have the names for your group, please type TBD in those name spaces and we will reach out to you to obtain those names before the conference.

If you would like to make any changes to your registration or need to update your TBDs in the system, please email [email protected] and she can update that information for you.

Some Exponential podcasts are available on iTunes. Currently, we only release new podcasts on the audio section of our website. You can however, download any podcast and import it into your iTunes application. This allows our podcasts to be downloaded onto devices that do not have iTunes integration.

Exponential does allow a limited number of exhibitors to participate as sponsors.

Exponential strives to make conferences as affordable as possible for church planters and without sponsors, that task would be impossible. In addition to a monetary commitment, sponsors can provide valuable expertise and support to church planters. There is much more to planting than one can receive at a conference, and it is our hope that sponsors will connect with attendees and form a long-term relationship.

When downloading an email, you need to select the right file type for your device. We offer eBooks in the following formats:

epub (for iPhone, iPad)

mobi (for Kindle)

pdf (for everything else)

As long as your device supports one of the above file formats, you will be able to read our eBooks on your device. When you click on a file format, it will automatically download the eBook onto your device. Note that it will not email you a link, it will automatically direct you to the page where you can select the format of your choice to be downloaded to your device.

If you are experiencing problems try:

Checking your download folder for the eBook, it may not open automatically

Checking your internet connection

Be sure that your device is not blocking any automatic downloads

Unfortunately, no. For a variety of reasons, we are unable to provide childcare at our conferences, neither can we recommend local childcare organizations.

We will usually have a nursing room for moms at all of our conferences.

To register for a conference, click the "Register" button on any conference page (found by going to exponential.org/events). This will take you to a registration form with instructions on filling it out. Please read its directions carefully and fill out the form as completely as possible.

We strive to provide as many free resources on our website as possible. Most of our podcasts are recorded at Exponential Conferences. After each conference, hundreds of hours of audio must be edited in order to be released. Because of this, it is difficult to estimate the amount of time after a conference before new podcasts can be released; we try to work as quickly as possible and record audio at most Exponential Conferences.

While Exponential is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit and strives to make as much content available for free, that is not always possible. The price of a DAP is intended to cover the costs associated with recording and editing the videos.

Your DAP is limited to your own personal devices. You may not email or transfer in any way DAP content to other people. You are permitted to show DAP videos to others as long as they are not given a copy. For example: you may show videos to your staff or congregation for training or any other purpose. Or you may make the videos available for your congregation to view view privately online, as long as they are not able to download them.

Purchasing a DAP gives you unlimited access to the content for one year. After one year, you will lose access to the content however you may download all of the videos and keep them prior to that date.
