It is dispersed, there isn't really any day to day help

When customers are happy, it has a positive effect on me.

I am alone all the time. There is little chance to spread identify culture other than the corporate branding
What did you like most about the interview process?
It depends on how you get filed from your initial DTL interviewer. Your experience would vary greatly. Mine was good, while others got shelved quickly with no second interview.
