Open to ideas. They listen to employees and then try to make changes to make the workplace better.
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting to work on new projects and initiatives. I have the autonomy to make decisions and improve my work area.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I believe the company does it's best to align our comp with the market. I am fortunate to have a good mix of compensation + bonus. Would be nice to see Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
