I've been with ExtraSpace a year next month and love how much of a family we have all become. Very communicative and open to feedback. I love how encouraging everyone is and how they really want to see you succeed and progress.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Open communication with a "credit union" culture. We are always looking to get the customer the best deal for them and not just out to make a sale.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked the phone screening first; it was more casual than an interview, more of a meet and greet, and got me really excited about working for the company.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love having the combination of indoor and outdoor tasks to complete. You're not just stuck behind a desk all day; you get to go outside and get some fresh air as you manage the property.
