I am a ethical salesperson, I enjoy giving people what they want and need through the process of a sale. I am also an educator and enjoys educating them on what they actually need!
There is both positive and negative but I as an individual am a positive person. I suppose the most positive thing I can say is that I am left relatively alone to deal with the clients I see with my own personality and sales methods.
If the meetings were affecting there would be a lot more knowledge of how sales work and therefore coworkers would have a much better knowledge of how to help each other. It seems your intent is to make a simple process much harder than It is!
Your commission compensations are ridiculously low. Nor is there any monthly, quarterly bonuses! You have one bonus which is basically a yearly! A whole 0.32% after bringing in $375,000 to the company. Kind of a slap in the face, can't even do at least one full percentage point!
At the time mask were required and the interview was done in a very small office/break room. Which actually left me wondering whether I wanted to work for the company or not! I've been in sales for many years and my talents could be used anywhere. Money was not a concern and the interviewer was nice
