They do not value their workers and everyone is miserable
They need to hire people with experience and pay more
A raise the only give you yearly up to 50 cents increase
From my first day, everyone has been focused on helping each other take care of each patient
From my first day, through the daily training and availability of management and other, more experienced employees, it has been a pleasure
I think the company tries to do better and in doing so creates too much bureaucracy than actually makes things worse! Only allowing part-time employment to save on benefits, yet expecting full time motivation to "required" reading and testing on mostly policy changes. For inadequate compensation!
