Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
very low allowances, i would feel better if given higher housing allowances
Wish the pay rate was higher
Because they don’t value other opinions about the company. They treat their employees poorly and refuse to give them a raise for hard work that they put in.

Family owned and feeling like part of the family. I've never worked anywhere else where so many people get along with one another and appreciate what everyone brings to the team, and company as a whole.

Somethings not everything like the coworkers
more women in the company
People need to stop complaining all the time
