Fahe Leadership Employee Reviews

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Performance AND person focused. They see employees as people--not cogs.

The communication of the leadership team is outstanding. Creatively and employee input is openly welcomed. Encouragement is a standard practice from leadership.

Driven, supportive, encouraging, works hard, respectful.

They function as a team to look out for the best interests of the company. There is a commitment to the cause and limited, if any, competition between individuals. Disagreements are handled quickly and efficiently to the satisfaction of all.

Fahe has an excellent EVP Team and the leadership has a clear vision and passion for our mission, and cares a lot about our staff as well.

Hard working, dedicated, smart, good people.

The leadership team has a heart for the people we serve as well as the employees that work for them.

In the nine and half years I have worked for Fahe, this team has always been good to me. They strive for us to maintain a layed back "family" atmosphere.

Every single one of them takes the time to get to know you. The CEO had actually looked for me the first week I started so he could get to know me. It's refreshing to know that I'm not a number to them but an actual person.

They genuinely care about the satisfaction of the employees, promote and fund events for the whole team including time-off to attend events and do volunteer work.

Our leadership team makes us feel like family. This is a very laid back and comfortable work place.

Creativity, passion, care, openness to change.

Sincere, mission-minded, family-friendly, and very sensitive to the needs and perspectives of their employees.

They lead by example.

Review from Marketing Dept

They allow me to experiment freely.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

There is a lack of clarity among the team about priorities and objectives. This is compounded by clear internal conflict among the exec leadership.
