Kind caring professional individuals who worked really hard
Too many to list--everyone works hard, is respectful to each other, supports one another, and there is no unnecessary drama.
One of the best teams I've ever worked with.
We work together, whether it is to find the solution to a problem, or simplify a task or process we all work together to get to the desired outcome.
Very caring and very dedicated to our mission
Each of us are willing to listen to other ideas, no matter how outlandish they may seem at times and are able to compromise so that the work gets done in an efficient manner. True teamwork skills all around.
We're a small team of 2 people but we are welcome and encouraged to ask others for their help if needed and we get plenty of offers when we need it :)
Everyone in my team (Loan Servicing) wants to HELP our borrowers. We all truly want our customers to be happy and educated about their home and the services we provide.

Meetings need to be more streamlined to meet a goal, rather than just talking about something again
More mutual accountability for "light" things (communication, meeting management, planning, etc).
