The benefits through UMG are incredible.

Amazing matching and healthcare benefits. Also plenty of PTO and the office closes from xmas until new years.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

There are more conversations about driving new business than employee retention and well being. I'd like management to view employee retention and client retention on the same plane.
