What makes you most happy at work?Challenging projects that push me to grow, fun interactions with coworkers.
What are some of the best things about your team? Most people across the team are just decent human beings.
What did you like most about the interview process?Very informal approach. Person to person.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved? There is a high rate of turnover within the company and many young workers use it as a training ground for their future. Growth must seem attainable within the company and resources should be allocated to ensure that it is.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation? There are more conversations about driving new business than employee retention and well being. I'd like management to view employee retention and client retention on the same plane.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Considering each employee's well being over business objectives.
