a new store manager who doesnt spend 8% of her time doing drugs in the employee bathroom

Doing everyone else's job so that our store benefits from it. Considering all the employees are lazy, including the store manager

learning their jobs and knowing the importance of customer service. They also need to know that everything in the store reflects who we are as employees
