learning the regular customers names and becoming more comfortable and invested in the friends you make

we are all friendly too each other and can joke around and be honest and ask for help when we need it
What makes you most happy at work?
when i am the only employee, it makes me feel like i am in charge of the situation completely and i like that power
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
you do not get any sort of benefits because only people who work full time do and only the manager assigns that much time for herself
