What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Hire new, experienced leadership capable of fostering innovation and overhauling the architectures and frameworks used by FamilySearch International to build innovative, stable, and resilient products to serve its users and grow.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Need orgonizational alignment. Managment is out of touch with teams trying to deliver on confusing goals.
