
Terribly. They are ineffective in providing clear and equitable expectations. It's as if certain people get away with breaking protocol while others get pressured to work more than they're required to do so. They do not support the managers, nor much of the retail staff, unless you happen to befriend them.
Not very well. There is a set list of rules/regulations that should be followed, most break them and never see any consequences, while others are constantly harassed with write ups
