Despite geographic range between multiple offices and time zones, the team communicates well and is accessible.
Its a "GSD" mentality, all working toward the same shared goal of making the product and experience better.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The offices are open and the culture congenial and there are no departmental or geographical factions.
No micro management. Fandor is a results oriented organization. Set a goal, get it done, move to the next in an organized fashion.
