I enjoy working here, I am valued in the team and company and appreciated for my work. I get to learn a lot from the management and my colleagues.

I am frustrated by poor management due to inexperienced managers and leaders who all get too involved in the day to day. On the plus side, this usually results in higher quality deliverable, though at the cost of some inefficiency and a lack of focus on strategic direction.
