I have never been at a company with this much passion for the work and compassion for the people doing the work. We are fully remote now, and I have never felt more connected to a team of people who are all across the globe, all focused on building a better place we call Fantasy.
What makes you most happy at work?
Everyone I work with wants to be here. It's contagious and has inspired me to be a better me for all those around me.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It's not the PTO amount per say, but it is the culture around when PTO is taken, you are not asked to be online and working on the side. The company understands the value of time off to be with our families and it shows.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have a channel to talk about our babies or pets. We have a channel where we show off our vacation photos. We have a channel where we talk about what it is like to be a parent. We have Slack channels for everyone and it makes me even closer to my co-workers as people.
