They are very in-touch with every aspect of the employee experience. I feel like leadership cares and they are involved with daily happenings. Leadership will go the extra mile to make sure we are always working with the latest and greatest innovations in our toolkit.

The CEO is down to earth. He talks to you like a colleague, not a subordinate. He understands mistakes happen, but expects you to learn from them and not repeat history. This is true of all the leadership at Fantasy.

Clearly communicate vision and strategic goals, leadership teams build a culture that enables employees to feel heard, valued, and capable of doing their best work in pursuit of the organization's vision and mission.

Open to input, feedback, and new ways of doing things. They stay agile & flexible and it feels like their priorities are in the right place.

They are extremely talented, kind, and approachable. They challenge you to do the best work you can do.

They care deeply about their employees and will go above and beyond to make sure they're happy in their work and on their projects. Feedback, both positive and constructive, is always available, which I love.

They are great at putting people 1st and genuinely wants to make our company more human centric but we see lot of favoritism happening with certain people which is demotivating.

The leadership team is younger and very approachable. It's easy for people to suggest items that the company should incorporate or work on.

The leadership team cares more about the greater good of the organization than any place I have ever worked.
