What is the best part about your compensation package?

Compared to other agencies, it's very competitive.

Most of my compensation is within my salary + stipends to make sure I have everything I need to be my best. - Fantasy pays fairly and they don't try to lead employees on with things like RSUs

My phone bill is covered by Fantasy, as are my monthly health app costs, there's a volunteer PTO day, and that we're closed between Xmas and New Years -- everyone needs that EOY reset.

It's not the PTO amount per say, but it is the culture around when PTO is taken, you are not asked to be online and working on the side. The company understands the value of time off to be with our families and it shows.
