What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We're all interested in what others have to say, to learn from our peers is a strong thread that holds us together.
We are very human-centered company in what we do and that overflows into our overall environment as well.
I would have to say most definitely when overworking beyond normal work time is discouraged. It's a marathon not a sprint and people have lives outside of work. Being considerate and understanding towards this has to be my favorite attribute.
The fact that leadership treats you like human beings. They get if you're sick, or your kids are sick or just that life happens and you have to miss a meeting. By being more human, it creates a very positive environment for all.
Fantasy feels like a big loving family.

We have a channel to talk about our babies or pets. We have a channel where we show off our vacation photos. We have a channel where we talk about what it is like to be a parent. We have Slack channels for everyone and it makes me even closer to my co-workers as people.

I love how supportive and positive the environment is. It's low drama, and people actually seem to like each other. We have a tight-knit company in a remote work environment, which is rare.
