What did you like most about the interview process?
I spoke directly to the decision makers. There was no unneeded hurdles nor hoops to jump through. It was casual, yet professional.
How candid and honest the responses were to the questions that I had about the company. Also, largely how accurate the answers were.

It was thorough and I could tell they really cared about making the right hire, not filling a role or sourcing for a specific client. I met a lot of different people from across the company but it all felt friendly and casual.
