We all work really hard and we come to work each day excited and energized. Our positive energy often rubs off on clients!
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to work from home and on my own time for the most part besides team gatherings. The flexibility Fantasy offers is simply unmatched.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Most of my compensation is within my salary + stipends to make sure I have everything I need to be my best. - Fantasy pays fairly and they don't try to lead employees on with things like RSUs
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very in-touch with every aspect of the employee experience. I feel like leadership cares and they are involved with daily happenings. Leadership will go the extra mile to make sure we are always working with the latest and greatest innovations in our toolkit.
