What is the best part about your compensation package?

We are paid very generously

Healthcare is phenomenal, no money out of each paycheck

The benefits part of the compensation package is the best. Very thorough and generous

I enjoy the health care and the competitive pay. It should be talked about more openly in the company, however.

Decent gross salary (most is lost to taxes) and medical benefits are paid by the company.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

There are a lot of people who work behind the scenes at FAST, and not necessarily on the software. I feel that often times these employees are overlooked and their contribution to the company is not always recognized.
