The company is great but would like to see a bit more transparency when it comes to raises. Our on site manager give us a rank and then sends those ranks off to a group of directors who then critique the rank. Most often our ranks come back lower, never higher, than what was originally sent.

We currently do background checks, but not drug testing. However, being under the influence of drugs or alcohol at work are terms for termination.
