Love every second of it

The company is great but would like to see a bit more transparency when it comes to raises. Our on site manager give us a rank and then sends those ranks off to a group of directors who then critique the rank. Most often our ranks come back lower, never higher, than what was originally sent.

With the flat structure at Fast, it feels like you can always take the time to talk to your leadership about the things impacting you at that time. This is great for communication.

FAST's leadership team truly cares for it'e employees. You are not just a number to them. They really take the time to get to know their employees and ensure they are doing everything they can to reach their highest potential.

They fly around and make sure everything is okay

The benefits part of the compensation package is the best. Very thorough and generous

I enjoy the health care and the competitive pay. It should be talked about more openly in the company, however.

Making good money per year + benefits

There are a lot of people who work behind the scenes at FAST, and not necessarily on the software. I feel that often times these employees are overlooked and their contribution to the company is not always recognized.

The team is able to get a lot of work done while still having fun

The team I am a part of is very collaborative, and freely shares knowledge. This isn't true everywhere in the company, so I appreciate it.

Every employee on my team is an extremely hard worker, and goes above and beyond in their role to ensure that FAST is meeting it's goals.

The ability to talk candidly

I like my coworkers but when you see them 15-16 hrs a day including weekends, and never see anyone else it gets old.

Fast makes a point of having inclusive events fairly often. They definitely know how to throw a party and the yearly retreat is always a good time.

Everyone at FAST is very down to earth. The company does not give the vibe that anyone is above or better than anyone else, even if you are in a higher position. The partners and HR are constantly working to ensure they are setting a positive work environment.

The people are friendly but most are single and have no lives outside of work, not that we have time

Doing my job, coding and implementing things

Its hard to be excited about going to work each morning when you feel like you just left. It gets old sitting in the same spot 16 hrs/day.
