Balancing project timelines and staffing to better allow employees to have some sort of a work-life balance.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There are a lot of people who work behind the scenes at FAST, and not necessarily on the software. I feel that often times these employees are overlooked and their contribution to the company is not always recognized.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Get rid of the meetings and limit meetings to a maximum of 5 mins a day
I like my coworkers but when you see them 15-16 hrs a day including weekends, and never see anyone else it gets old.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Talk about compensation more openly

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Its hard to be excited about going to work each morning when you feel like you just left. It gets old sitting in the same spot 16 hrs/day.
