Need better leadership that truly cares about providing the best possible service to our customers as opposed to just talking about it.

I liked that they didn't ask the typical questions, but were focused on my work and the impression I made of my former employers.

work more as a team and focus less on individual interests that aren't all about self. Too many are more concerned with their own break schedule than providing a service to our customers.
