They are transparent and share not only company goals but also upcoming changes and the rationale behind the to the entire team.

We're open and honest with each other. We support team members with various tasks when they might be overwhelmed. We genuinely care about one another and our needs outside of the workplace.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People are genuinely friendly and welcoming. That's why I chose Fictiv over another opportunity I had. You want to come to work in the morning because you're working with nice people who go out for coffee together and chat together at lunch.
