What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership team has tenured team
They are the best and they know in and out of the process
Inclusive, supportive and respectful. Ready to meet you where you're at and provide any resources to help you on your career path.
They are sharp and have a lot of experience. But the vision is always hidden and not clearly communicated. There are too many visions.

Executive team needs to listen to constructive feedback from employees and take concrete steps to improve working conditions. Technology requires major improvements. Pay is not competitive. Requiring employees to swipe their badge every time they enter and leave each floor is absurd.
Don't hire former government employees that only have10 years to work

Base salaries just need to be notably imcreased, as they’re not keeping up with the cost of the greater Boston region. The other forms of pay the company offers, shares, are manager discretion. So, awarding them isn’t always equita
If I could actually pay my bills and stop having to rely on a credit card to feed my wife and I, that would be great. Raise the base pay to a livable wage. Stop allowing clients dissatisfied with process, laws, rules, and/or industry regulations from tanking your quarterly bonuses in reviews.

Family oriented and have lots of knowledge
my coworkers are the only redeeming quality of this company. for the most part id say a good 30-40% of fidelity workers are extremely competent and knowledgeable. but in the last 2ish year Fidelity has lowered its hiring standards significantly and it feels like they higher just about anyone.
We all collaborate very well
We have autonomy to work on many different initiatives.

Focus on working on things thar impact the client experience and bottomline.
We meet about upcoming meetings. Stop the madness. Fewer meetings allow for more productivity
