Executive team needs to listen to constructive feedback from employees and take concrete steps to improve working conditions. Technology requires major improvements. Pay is not competitive. Requiring employees to swipe their badge every time they enter and leave each floor is absurd.

Pay on par with industry standard

Base salaries just need to be notably imcreased, as they’re not keeping up with the cost of the greater Boston region. The other forms of pay the company offers, shares, are manager discretion. So, awarding them isn’t always equita

If I could actually pay my bills and stop having to rely on a credit card to feed my wife and I, that would be great. Raise the base pay to a livable wage. Stop allowing clients dissatisfied with process, laws, rules, and/or industry regulations from tanking your quarterly bonuses in reviews.

Manange up. Dont just say yes

Focus on working on things thar impact the client experience and bottomline.

We meet about upcoming meetings. Stop the madness. Fewer meetings allow for more productivity
