What are some of the best things about your team?my coworkers are the only redeeming quality of this company. for the most part id say a good 30-40% of fidelity workers are extremely competent and knowledgeable. but in the last 2ish year Fidelity has lowered its hiring standards significantly and it feels like they higher just about anyone.
