Fifth Third Bank Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

health benefits and add on in different areas like financial wellness, mental and health wellness.

Multiple choices for health and wellness. Bonus compensation is not competitive.

7% match on 401k helps save

Ability to build for the future.

They match the 401k up to 7% and the return is pretty good

Bonus/stock package is on high side

Bonus is the best part

The ability to be paid a far and equitable bonus for the work I perform

Review from Sales Dept

It has full benefits for employees

Review from Operations Dept

Bonuses monthly and quarterly yep

Review from Sales Dept

I get paid very well and am happy with my vacation time that I am given.

Great insurance and generous variable compensation plan.

Review from Operations Dept

Health care is good and the pay is in line with our business

Review from Operations Dept

I love everything about it. I honestly think I am overpaid, I think I've been told I'm slightly underpaid, but honestly have gone above my expectations. When I joined I received a greater than 20% increase from my prior salary, more than tripled my bonus amount and the benefits are great!

The wide variety of benefits that the company offers.

I believe I am fairly compensated

The benefits made available to employees

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

You have to have a second job to afford life

Being overlooked when you’re doing everything you can to move

HSA is our only option at the moment and it is very expensive, covering very little. High co-pays (if any), high deductibles, high premiums. Wacky dental and vision coverage rules. Life insurance takes two years to pay out. Benefits need an overhaul across the board, in my opinion.

The amount of hours expected to work in a week outweighs the pay. Health insursnce is expensive and covers very little

After 10 years with solid performance, pay has barely increased. You're typically paid in appreciation for your hard work.

I would feel better if i recvd more feedback and leadership actually listened.

Better benefits and a less of a sense of penny pinching

Review from Operations Dept

We work with people's finances everyday all and we as CSR`s are underpaid

Review from Sales Dept

Monthly goals are often unachievable. To get our full bonus we must complete 100% of our goals. The goals are set too high. No matter how hard you try. You cannot complete 100% of your monthly goals.

Review from Operations Dept

Its a matter of networking. Who you know and who you gossip about vs what kind of quality work you perform

Everything is undervalued and I wish I could be compensated more.

I wish their were opportunities for bonus and commission

Yes...a fair review system..less favortism and less clicks

Fifth third pays and promotes based on how much HR likes you, not what you actually contribute.
