Customers are not satisfied with banking at Figth Third

Pay staff adequately. The only way to ger a raise at Fifth Third Bank is to leave Fifth Third Bank.

Terrible managment...too clicky Get real about what is best for employees

As I stated they need to do a complete overhaul I've never been more disgusted with a job and I'm always looking for new work

The environment is depressing and the upper management makes the job unenjoyable

Simple lack of appreciation. And stop promoting individuals because of their race or gender. If you want to be successful. Hire and promote the best people for the job. Stop worrying about filling minority quotas.
