I think they are good but probably there's some actions that are more words than actions/beliefs

I think the people are great and we're all on the same boat trying our best and looking after the company
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked I got to meet with several people, it gave me different touch points and taste for different people and leaders
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love everything about it. I honestly think I am overpaid, I think I've been told I'm slightly underpaid, but honestly have gone above my expectations. When I joined I received a greater than 20% increase from my prior salary, more than tripled my bonus amount and the benefits are great!
