What did you like most about the interview process?I had some conversations with people I would potentially be working with, and they were very receptive to my questions.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Our Slack channels are not only hilarious, but inclusive. The #LGBTQIA channel is always popping off and planning games of kickball. Our diversity initiative added #adapt-at-figure for those who are differently abled. Leadership has made it clear that they care about reproductive rights.
What are some of the best things about your team?My team is cohesive, honest, and ready to iterate. We're not afraid to take steps forward without constantly asking for permission from higher-ups. Our leaders trust us to do our best work, and we do it.
Figure is transforming the trillion-dollar financial services industry using blockchain technology.
