What are some of the best things about your team?Hard working, dedicated and bright
What did you like most about the interview process?Non-industry skillset was recognized as valuable to join tech.
What makes you most happy at work? When a "lightbulb" turns on for a client, or the value of the platform or FV team is recognized.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better? My team is great - they are not the problem.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?This is a total lost cause of a question. Maybe they should hire a consulting company and teach their managers and executives about what it means to be a leader and how to build people up rather than squash them. The culture is pretty bad and I should have trusted my gut during initial interviews.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Good luck not working 10 hour days. No overtime and if you actually follow the company policy of only working 8 hour days and taking PTO you will be overwhelmingly, woefully behind.
